How long does it take to charge my Bumpboxx?
Most Bumpboxx models require approximately 3 to 4 hours for a full charge. We recommend using the provided charging cable to ensure optimal battery health and longevity.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Can I connect multiple Bumpboxx units together?
Yes, many of our newer models feature TWS (True Wireless Stereo) technology, allowing you to sync two units together for a powerful, immersive stereo sound experience.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all packaging included. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the unit is defective.
Are Bumpboxx units waterproof?
While our units are built for rugged outdoor use, they are generally water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. We recommend keeping them away from direct submersion or heavy rain to protect the internal electronics.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Bumpboxx comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage from accidents or unauthorized modifications.
